Our food and drinks menu has been created by the chef Moshiko Gamlieli, who is known for the magical meals he concocted during his time at Jerusalem’s first-class restaurant, Mona. Some of his must-try dishes are the tuna crudo topped with crème fraîche or the zucchini pappardelle with crab butter and lemon. No meal is complete without a good glass or two of fine wine, so get ready to sit back, relax and sip on a glass recommended by our sommelier who composed a list of flavorful vinos.
