Your ability to make informed decisions about the use of your Personal Information (as defined below) is important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the “Privacy Policy”) is to explain the Hotel’s procedures regarding the Personal Information collected when you use our Site (as defined below) and how the Hotel collects, uses, transfers, and secures the Personal Information it collects. Our website (hereinafter: the “Site”) is intended to provide a convenient and safe platform for booking and purchasing accommodation and holiday packages at the Hotel. Your use of the Site in any way, including leaving contact details with the Hotel, constitutes your agreement and confirmation of the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Terms in this document that are not explicitly defined will be interpreted according to the definitions given to them in the Terms and Conditions, published at https://renomahotel.com/terms-and-condition/ (hereinafter: the “Terms”). The Hotel has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees our privacy practices. Please note that this Privacy Policy refers to the Personal Information collected on our Site, and not to your use of the Simple Booking platform through which bookings are made. The privacy policy listed on the platform at the following link https://www.simplebooking.it/ibe2/hotel/5775/privacy-policy?lang=EN&cur=ILS applies to Personal Information collected through the Simple Booking platform.
“Personal Information” is information related to an individual such as a name, address, telephone number, or email address, or as defined by law. You are under no legal obligation to provide us with Personal Information; the provision of Personal Information is done solely with your consent. If you do not agree to provide all or part of the Personal Information, all or part of the Site and its services may not be available to you.
- Personal Information We Collect
We collect Personal Information as necessary and according to your use of the Site, as follows:
Inquiries and/or Contact. When you contact us with a request and/or question, we may document our communication with you, as well as any information you volunteer to us, such as your name, the name of the company you represent, contact methods, including phone, email, and the content of the request or question. Also, if you upload user content to the Site, this is also Personal Information that we will receive.
Newsletter and/or Club Registration: When you register to receive our publications (including the newsletter), we collect the following information: date of birth, anniversary day, first name, last name, email, and address.
Information Collected Automatically. Certain information is automatically collected about your end device, browser, operating system, IP address, mobile device Device ID, and/or information about your use of the Site.
- How We Use Personal Information
You consent and confirm that the Hotel may store the details provided by you and additional Personal Information accumulated about you in its databases, and may manage the databases in accordance with the provisions of the law as the controller of the database and use the databases as stated in the Privacy Policy, including the purposes detailed below:
Services and Customizations. We and/or our service providers will use your Personal Information for the following purposes: (1) providing access to the Site and providing the services at the Hotel; (2) providing support and assistance in resolving issues that you or other users may encounter; (4) contacting you as necessary; (5) examining questions that arise, including through the Site, and providing a response accordingly; (6) preventing fraud attempts and protecting the security of the Site and responding to any problem related to the Site; (7) managing the Hotel and its business, including customer retention, analysis of usage patterns on the Site and forecasting customer desires (including customers who may cancel their engagement with the Hotel), identifying market and customer trends and preferences; and (8) creating Lookalike Audiences that allow us to identify new potential customers with similar characteristics to our existing customers.
Internal Needs. We may use your Personal Information for internal needs, including assisting in diagnosing operational issues, conducting reviews and evaluations for the purpose of developing new services and/or content and/or offering new products, in order to improve our Site or Services and to tailor them to our specific needs and/or those of the users, developing new products or services, analyzing activity volumes, performing financial evaluations and forecasts, assessing customer usage potential, using part of the Personal Information for research, development and testing purposes, and adjusting server capabilities to expected workloads.
Statistical Data and Analytical Tools. We and/or our service providers use analytical tools to collect and analyze information about the use of the Site, such as the frequency of visits to the Site by users, which pages they visit, and which other websites and applications they used before visiting the Site. By analyzing the information we collect, we may compile statistical information across a range of platforms and users, which helps us improve our Site or Services, understand customer trends and needs and consider new products and services, create Lookalike Audiences to locate and advertise the Hotel’s services to potential customers and tailor existing products and services to customer desires. Advertising. Subject to your approval, we may use your Personal Information for sending a newsletter. If you do not wish to continue receiving these emails, you can request to remove yourself from the mailing list using the link that appears in the sent message and/or by any other means specified in the notice. Additionally, we may use your Personal Information for targeted offers and/or advertisements from third parties based on your personal preferences.
- Sharing Your Personal Information
You confirm that we will share your Personal Information as follows:
Hotel Personnel. The personnel in the Hotel who are authorized to access Personal Information, as of the date of this Privacy Policy, include various roles such as: reservation managers, reception employees and managers, housekeeping and cleaning staff, food and beverage employees. It is clarified that the identity and/or type of authorized access may change from time to time according to our business needs, and should there be a material change in the authorized personnel, we will act to update you about the change.
Service Providers and Third Parties.
We may share information, including Personal Information, with service providers and other third parties (“Third-Party Providers”) who may use the information to (1) assist us in operating the Site; (2) assist us in understanding the use of the Site; and (3) provide you with direct mailing based on your personal preferences on our Site and on other websites and/or applications you choose to visit.

Clearing Services When you make a payment through the Site, the transaction is processed by an external provider. Payment method details.
Accounting Services We use the services of third-party accounting service providers to manage our transactions and financial records. Name, age, marital status, job title, address, bank account details.
Analytics Services We use an external provider to assist us in analyzing our business. Statistical data as detailed in Section 2.3.
Digital Advertising External providers assist us in placing digital advertisements. Statistical data as detailed in Section 2.3.
Artificial Intelligence Tools We use third-party artificial intelligence tools to provide the Site to you. Any Personal Information you provide to us.
Room Reservation System We use a booking engine system and support services from external providers to accept direct bookings on the home site. Name, email address, phone number, and any Personal Information you provide to us.
Hotel Management System We use hotel management system providers to manage room inventory, accounts, and the general operation of the Hotel. Any Personal Information you provide to us.
Spa Management System We use spa management system providers. Any Personal Information you provide to us regarding spa use.
Guest Communication Systems We use guest communication system providers. Any information you submit to us and also our messages to you.

Third-Party Providers may be located in countries other than the State of Israel. Some countries may have levels of protection for personal or other information that do not match the level of protection in the State of Israel, and you confirm the transfer of your Personal Information to these countries.
Change of Ownership. We may disclose and/or transfer our databases, which include your Personal Information, within the framework or during negotiations, regarding a merger, sale of the Hotel’s assets, or acquisition (including in cases of liquidation) and/or after the execution of such a transaction or process. In such a case, your Personal Information will continue to be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Advertisers. When you click on an advertisement, on our Site or on another site, the advertiser of the advertisement will know that someone clicked on that advertisement on this page and the advertiser may be able to identify you through certain means, such as Cookies (as detailed later in Section 7 below).
Transfer of Personal Information within Law Enforcement. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities or any judicial order that requires or directs us to disclose the identity, behavior, digital content, or any other Personal Information, of any user suspected of engaging in actions that appear to be contrary to the law or actions that violate the law. Additionally, we may share your Personal Information with third parties if we believe in good faith that the disclosure of the Personal Information is appropriate and intended to protect our rights, property or safety (including enforcing the Privacy Policy and/or the Terms) or to protect the rights, property or safety of third parties.
Additional Sharing of Personal Information. We will transfer your Personal Information to relevant third parties in cases where: (1) the Hotel finds that any of your actions on the Site violate the terms of the Terms or were performed for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind; or (2) the Hotel faces legal action against it (administrative, criminal, or civil) due to actions you performed through the Site.
- How We Protect Personal Information
We follow industry-standard security measures to protect Personal Information, both during its transmission and from the moment of receipt of the Personal Information. However, the transmission of Personal Information through the Internet or electronic storage is never completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information absolutely. To ensure the best protection for your Personal Information, please safeguard your passwords and access to your computer with appropriate means.
- Right to Access and Correct Personal Information
You may request to review the Personal Information that the Hotel processes about you, in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: the “Privacy Protection Law”), and if you find that the Personal Information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up-to-date, you are entitled to request that we correct or delete it, in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 of the Privacy Protection Law. The Hotel will act within a reasonable time to comply with your request, subject to the provisions of the law. In addition, in certain cases, you may request the deletion of your Personal Information from the Hotel’s databases in accordance with Section 3 of the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Provisions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 5783-2023. If we decide at our discretion to reject your request, we will notify you in the manner and by the method set forth in the regulations. You may appeal our decision before the Magistrate’s Court in the manner and by the method set forth in the regulations.
- Retention of Personal Information
We will retain Personal Information about you for as long as necessary to: (1) fulfill the purposes of using the Personal Information detailed above; (2) comply with our legal obligations; (3) resolve disputes; (4) enforce our agreements; or (5) for a longer period as required by the relevant law. We may delete your Personal Information, without notifying you, if we determine that there is no longer a need to retain it for the purposes detailed above.

Cookies are short text files sent to your device through your browser. We use Cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Beacons or Pixels – which are a small graphic file usually intended to identify users and/or their activity) (hereinafter: “Cookies”).
