Here’s our recommended route for you: Head left on the promenade as you exit the hotel and cycle south. You will pass by Tel Avivians working out, surfing, meditating and practicing yoga on the sand. As you approach Charles Clore Park, the lights of the ancient port of Jaffa will twinkle in the distance, beckoning you to travel further. Jaffa is a mesmerizing, living piece of history: You can cycle through its little alleyways all afternoon, and then head over during the sunset to the Old City, where we suggest you get off the bike and take a stroll by foot to really enjoy the charms of the city. Our food and drinks menu has been created by the chef Moshiko Gamlieli, who is known for the magical meals he concocted during his time at Jerusalem’s first-class restaurant, Mona. Some of his must-try dishes are the tuna crudo topped with crème fraîche or the zucchini pappardelle with crab butter and lemon. 3.1.3. Any person reserving a room through this site must provide his personal details, including his ID No. and a number of a credit card he owns. It is forbidden to use a credit card owned by another person unless it is the card of a corporation owned and/or managed by the person reserving the room.
3.2. Service purchaser details
3.2.1. Upon purchasing the services through the site and making reservations as specified below, the user must provide the system with his personal details.
3.2.2. The owners of the site and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone acting in their name are not responsible for any errors made by the user upon typing the purchase details, including an error in the selection of the vacation package, date, number of beds, or any other service ordered by the purchaser through the site, and/or bear any direct or indirect responsibility for any case where the purchase details are not accepted by the system and/or any technical problem and/or other problem which might prevent the purchaser from acquiring services via the site.
3.2.3. 3.3. Method of reservation
3.3.1. The user will make reservations trough the site using a credit card.
3.3.2. After submitting the credit card details the user will be sent a message confirming his reservation to his personal email address.
3.3.3. This message should be printed and presented to the hotel’s reception desk to confirm the reservation. It should be stressed that the credit card details submitted through the site are taken for security reasons only and the credit card will only be charged upon the actual arrival at the hotel.
4. Terms and conditions
4.1. The prices of the site that are in New Israeli Shekel, including the VAT and ment for those who carry an Israeli citizenship only.
4.1. Customers may reserve a room/vacation through the site in dollar/euro as per the current pricing list during the reservation date, and the payment will be calculated as per the representative rate of the specific currency published on the payment date by the Bank of Israel.
4.2. The hotel may alter the room reservation conditions and package price at any given time.
4.3. The company may modify the site’s regulations from time to time without any advance notice to the user. The company will publish the new conditions in the site, which will become valid upon their publication or any other date, as will be determined by the Company.
4.4. The company may close the site completely or periodically modify its structure, contents, appearance, the scope and availability of the services and contents offered by it, and any other aspect related with the site and its operation, all with no advance notice to the user. The user declares to have no claim and/or demand and/or plea against the company in this respect.
4.5. It is hereby clarified that accommodation at the hotel is limited and any reservation is on a stand-by basis only.
4.6. It is hereby clarified that there will be no dual special offers.
4.7. The customer’s stay at the hotel will begin upon arriving to the hotel at 15:00 and until 12:00 on the departure date. Arrival and/or departure before and/or after the aforesaid times are subject to advanced approval of the hotel management and might entail extra charges, as will be determined by the Company.
4.8. Infant: anyone under the age of two years. Child: anyone between the ages of 2 and 18 years.
4.9. Room/Accommodation reservation at the hotel can only be made by means of an adult over the age of 18.
4.10. Children and youth under the age of 18 may only stay at the hotel under the supervision of an adult over the age of 21.
4.11. The photos presented in the site are for illustration only and are by no means binding the Company and anyone on its behalf.
4.12.
4.13. These regulations are only subject to the laws of the State of Israel. The only jurisdiction venue applicable for any matter related to this agreement and the use of the site is the Tel-Aviv-Jaffa formal courts.
4.14. Pets are not allowed
5. Reservation cancellation
5.1. Cancellation charges during regular season:
5.1.1. Any room reservation may be cancelled with no extra charges up to 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
5.1.2. Any cancellation made during the 48 hours prior to date of arrival will be charged for 100% of the cost of the reservation.
5.1.2 . In case of non-arrival after reservations are made, the person who reserved the room will be charged for the full cost of the reservation, including the meals that had been ordered with the reservation.
5.2 For “Non refundable” reservation – the money will be taken prior to the guests arrival. In case of cancellation the guest will not be able to get the money back under all circumstances.
