These terms govern your use of the Renoma Hotel & Apartments website (renomahotel.com) and any booking made through it. By using the website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
The website is operated by Renoma Hotel & Apartments, HaYarkon St 59, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("the Hotel", "we"). You can reach us at info@renomahotel.com or +972-533248498.
2. Use of the website
The website is provided for personal, non-commercial use: to learn about the Hotel and to book a stay. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute its content, photographs or design without our written permission.
We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are indicative and may change without notice.
3. Reservations
Online reservations are processed through our secure booking engine, operated by a third-party provider (SimpleBooking). A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation by email.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the booking engine and include VAT where applicable. Under Israeli law, foreign tourists holding a valid B2, B3 or B4 visa may be exempt from VAT on accommodation.
4. Payment, cancellation and changes
Payment terms, deposits and the cancellation policy depend on the rate you choose and are shown before you complete your booking. Please read them carefully.
Packages, special offers and coupon rates may carry their own conditions, including non-refundable terms.
Requests to change or cancel a reservation should be sent to info@renomahotel.com or via WhatsApp, quoting your confirmation number.
5. Check-in, check-out and stay
Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. A valid passport or national ID must be presented on arrival.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms, suites or apartments. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
The Hotel may refuse or end a stay for guests who behave in a way that disturbs other guests or breaches house rules.
6. Gift cards and packages
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on them, are not exchangeable for cash, and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
7. Liability
The Hotel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, temporary unavailability of the site, or the content of third-party websites linked from it (such as booking, map and social media services).
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
