Renoma Hotel & Apartments believes every guest should be able to enjoy our website and our hotel. We work to make this website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
1. Accessibility on the website
- The site works on computers, tablets and phones, and adapts to different screen sizes.
- It can be navigated with a keyboard, and supports screen readers.
- Images carry text descriptions.
- Text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom without loss of content.
- Colours and contrast were chosen for readability.
- The site is available in six languages, with full right-to-left support in Hebrew.
2. Accessibility at the hotel
The building has an elevator serving the guest floors. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your stay and we will gladly tell you what we can arrange and advise on the room best suited to you.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some pages or content — such as content provided by third parties, including the booking engine, maps and social media — may not yet be fully accessible. We continue to review and improve the site.
